Brand Ambassador

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of your relationship with Mylk Labs, LLC as a United States based Brand Ambassador.

SECTION 1:

As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

1. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee or partner of this company. I cannot act on behalf of the company.  I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company. 

2. I will promote and market the company’s products to my social media audience by supplying them with an assigned promotion code. Customers using assigned promotion code will receive a discussed discount on all Mylk Labs products excluding monthly supplies and subscription orders. I will not promise any additional discounts to prospective customers unless authorized by Mylk Labs.

3. I will not receive any cash value for any unused or unredeemed items. I will receive a personal discount on all Mylk Labs products (excluding monthly supplies and subscription orders) if code is further approved by Mylk Labs. 

3. If customer orders are submitted without using my Brand Ambassador promotion code, these orders will not be credited to my account.  No cash compensation will be provided by the company. Only one promotion code can be applied per order.

4. I will not re-sell company product on unauthorized websites on the internet or to retail establishments.

5. I will protect the company’s trademark by not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval of the company.

6. I will promote Mylk Labs products via social media;  Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Youtube, Blog Website and Twitter accounts by posting appropriate photos of marketing events showcasing the company products.  I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network.

7. With each order, I will post at least 2 times on my social media account(s) and tag Mylk Labs in each post.  I understand that I have permission to repost an existing post by Mylk Labs.

8. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company.  If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any unused reward points.

9. If I chose to leave the Brand Ambassador Program, I must use any unused reward points based on the redemption guidelines.  If I do not have sufficient credits to redeem, I will forfeit these credits.

10. I must be an “active” Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.

11. I agree that the company reserves the right to assure continued service to customers if I cease to be an active Brand Ambassador.

 

SECTION 2:

 Mylk Labs, LLC understands and agrees:

1. Company will compensate the Brand Ambassador with Mylk Lab products and selective merchandise.

2. Company may provide an additional reward and/or product to top performing Brand Ambassadors each quarter.

3. If the company terminates the program, the company must notify Brand Ambassadors within 30 days prior to the termination date of program. Company must maintain the Brand Ambassador Reward accounts for 90 days after the communicated termination date.

 

SECTION 3:

General: 

1. This agreement is subject to acceptance by Mylk Labs  and is conditioned by the acceptance of the Brand Ambassador Acceptance/ Welcome Email.

2. Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for cause or without reason upon written notice.

3. Mylk Labs may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.

4. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
