Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern all recurring orders placed through our website. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

How Subscriptions Work

When you purchase a subscription from Mylk Labs, you are signing up for recurring deliveries of the product(s) you select at the delivery frequency you choose.

Current delivery frequency options include:

  • Every 1 Month
  • Every 2 Months
  • Every 3 Months

Your subscription will automatically renew and your selected payment method will automatically be charged at the frequency you selected unless and until you cancel your subscription.

Subscribers currently receive 5-15% off eligible subscription orders.

Subscription discounts, promotions, pricing, and eligible products may change at any time.

Billing & Renewal

Your first subscription order will be charged immediately at checkout.

Future recurring orders will automatically process according to the delivery schedule selected at the time of purchase unless modified or canceled by you before your next order is processed.

There are:

  • no minimum purchase obligations
  • no long-term commitments
  • no cancellation fees
  • no prepaid subscription requirements

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your online customer account portal.

Customers may:

  • skip shipments
  • pause subscriptions
  • swap products or flavors
  • update billing information
  • change delivery frequency
  • cancel subscriptions

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with no strings attached.

Cancellation requests submitted before the next recurring order is processed will prevent future charges for that order cycle.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be canceled. However, customers may remain eligible for assistance under our Love It or Your Money Back and Refund Policy.

Customers may cancel:

During the cancellation process, we may present customers with the option to pause their subscription, skip shipments, or accept promotional offers or discounts.

Customers remain free to continue canceling their subscription at any time during this process.

Pricing & Price Changes

Subscription pricing, discounts, shipping rates, and product availability may change over time.

If we make changes to pricing associated with an active subscription, we will notify customers in advance using the email address associated with the subscription account.

Continued participation in the subscription program after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Most subscription orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping and fulfillment times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • inventory availability
  • production delays
  • carrier disruptions
  • weather events
  • holidays
  • high order volume
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control

If we anticipate a significant delay exceeding approximately one week, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and provide available options, including waiting for fulfillment or canceling the affected order.

Shipping Charges

Subscription orders are subject to the same shipping rates and policies as standard one-time purchases.

Current shipping rates (in cont. US):

  • Orders under $40: $6.99 shipping
  • Orders over $40: Free shipping

Shipping rates and promotional thresholds may change at any time.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, we may attempt to reprocess the payment method on file and/or notify the customer to update their payment information.

Subscriptions may be paused or canceled if payment issues are not resolved.

Notifications & Communications

By enrolling in a subscription, customers may receive transactional communications related to their subscription, including:

  • order confirmations
  • recurring renewal notifications
  • shipment confirmations
  • failed payment notifications
  • cancellation confirmations
  • important account or pricing updates

Customers who separately opt into marketing communications may also receive promotional emails and SMS messages.

Love it or Your Money Back & Refunds

If you don’t love the flavor, we can offer a refund on your first purchase (up to one 6-pack or 6 cups). Just contact our Customer Support team: support@mylklabs.com

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Certain limitations and exceptions may apply, including suspected fraud, misuse, or purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers.

Products purchased through third-party retailers may be subject to that retailer’s policies and procedures.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms at any time.

Any material changes will become effective upon posting to this page unless otherwise required by law.

Continued participation in the subscription program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
