If you're experiencing any of these issues, please contact us within 60 days with your order number and a photo reference to support@mylklabs.com and we will do our best to get you a replacement ASAP!

- Product quality (unsealed, defective, unsafe to consume)
- Damaged product during transit
- Lost in transit
If you don’t love the flavor, we offer a Love It or Your Money Back guarantee on your first purchase (up to one 6-pack or 6 cups). Just contact our Customer Support team at support@mylklabs.com.
As a small business, we do our best to provide excellent service, but unfortunately, we’re unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order is confirmed delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items, as the cost of the product and shipping has already been incurred.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier and check with your neighbor or building manager to help locate the package.
If the parcel is delivered but stolen afterward, we recommend reporting the theft to your local police.
