As a small business, we do our best to provide excellent service, but unfortunately, we’re unable to replace or refund packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Once an order is confirmed delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen items, as the cost of the product and shipping has already been incurred.
We recommend checking with neighbors, your building manager, or leasing office, as packages are sometimes picked up or held nearby by mistake.
