I've been eating perfect for about 15 months and I started skipping breakfast because it was boring and to much trouble for a single man. This oatmeal is classy, healthy and tast awesome. It makes me feel full in the morning and totally satisfied. Wonderful and beautiful way to start the day. All of these flavors are greeaat.

I tried all the flavors (bought the bundle with blueberry, strawberry, and apple cinnamon as well) and my favorite out of the 4 would be blueberry and banana~ It also tastes really good when you add your own fruit, granola, etc. I wish there was a little more oatmeal inside each container, but overall these are very convenient to make the night before!
This is by far the best oatmeal cup I’ve tried. It does not explode in the microwave, is the correct texture every time and is absolutely delicious. Kept me full until lunch.

I love all the flavors of Mylk Lab's oatmeal, especially the Banana Bread, which I had this morning! I am disappointed that the coconut flavor is no longer being manufactured. The blueberry, apple, strawberry, and Almond are also delicious, and I eat one at least daily.

Taste great easy to fix and I love the flavor
Love this flavor the best. Also, I love that these oatmeals aren't overly sweet. And you can either make them cold or hot, and with milk or water.

I really like the ease of making the oatmeal. My only concern is that it neither smells, nor tastes like bananas. I add cinnamon and air dried banana pieces to give it a good flavor. I'm always happy with how fast it arrives.

Add 2/3 cup unheated water or 4oz milk and stir. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Let stand for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
No microwave? No problem. Add boiling water and let it sit for 3 minutes.

Yes, Mylk Labs oatmeal is certified gluten-free by GFCO, so it's safe for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities.
Yes! Just add your milk of choice per instructions and soak overnight.
Our oat supplier is Glyphosate Residue Free Certified by the Detox Project. There is a complete ban of this chemical from seed to harvest at the farm.
We do not use gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, or peanuts in any of our products. However, some of our products contain Almonds and are manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, and soy. The only nuts processed on our production line are Almonds and Walnuts.
Yes, industrial composting sites are able to break down polyethylene-lined paper cups, however, not all curbside programs can accept these items. If unsure, please check with your local curbside recycling program.
