• How do I make instant oatmeal?

  Add hot water or choice of milk to the fill line and stir. Let sit for 3 minutes and enjoy!
  
  Or, add cold water/milk to the fill line, stir, and microwave on high for 1 minute. Let stand for 2-3 minutes and enjoy!  

• Are instant oats less healthy than rolled oats?

  Nope! They are just rolled thinner which allows them to cook faster and thicker. Instant oats have the same protein and fiber as rolled oats!

• Do I need to refrigerate the oatmeal?

  Nope! You can take it with you everywhere for a quick and healthy meal option. Just add water or milk whenever you're ready to enjoy.

• Are these overnight oats?

  Instructions suggest making them hot but they're great as overnight oats too! Just add your milk of choice per instructions and soak overnight.

• Do you use glyphosate-free oats?

  Yes! Our supplier is Glyphosate Residue Free Certified by the Detox Project. There is a complete ban of this chemical from seed to harvest at the farm.

• What allergens are in your products?

  We do not use gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, or peanuts in any of our products. However, some of our products contain Almond and Coconut and are manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts, milk, eggs, tree nuts, wheat, and soy. Peanuts are processed in a completely separate and isolated part of the facility to prevent cross-contamination and the only nuts processed on our production line are Almonds, Coconut, and Pecans.

• Can I compost the packaging?

  Yes, industrial composting sites are able to break down polypropylene-lined paper cups, however, not all curbside programs can accept these items. If unsure, please check with your local curbside recycling program.
