Blueberry and Maple Overnight Oats

While our oatmeal cups only take 3 minutes to cook, prepping them the night before is another quick & easy way to ensure you have breakfast ready when you wake up. Here’s how make overnight oats:

Ingredients:

  • 1x Cultivated Blueberry & Vermont Maple oatmeal cup
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt - extra protein!
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds - rich in fiber, antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids
  • maple syrup, to taste
  • Optional add ins: blueberries, granola & nut-butter
Combine everything in the oatmeal cup and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add fresh blueberries, granola, and nut butter to make for a healthy breakfast on the go. Add additional milk if you like your oatmeal a little runny.

Vanilla Baked Oatmeal

Start with Mylk Labs’ Sun-Ripe Strawberry & Madagascar Vanilla oatmeal cup as the base; it contains raw sunflower seeds and only a dash of organic coconut sugar to sweeten.

Ingredients:

Preheat the oven to 350 F. Combine all the ingredients in an oven-safe bowl. Save a few cut up strawberries and chocolate chips to use as the topping, and bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy your baked oatmeal in a cup!
